Billions of our brothers and sisters are suffering.
Reports from leading organizations, including the United Nations, Oxfam, WHO, McKinsey Global Institute, Credit Suisse, the IMF, UN-Habitat, the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), and the World Bank estimate that:
· 700 million people live on less than $2.15 per day, classified as extreme poverty.
· 44% of global population, nearly 3.5 billion people struggle to meet basic needs.
· 40% of the global population—3 billion people— are estimated to be living in inadequate housing conditions by 2030, with 100 million experiencing homelessness, and “one in four people live in harmful conditions that to their health, safety and prosperity” UN-Habitat.
Funds needed:
· Food, Education, and Healthcare: Universal access requires an annual investment of approximately $1.5 trillion a year.
· Housing Solutions: Addressing affordable housing construction and upgrades globally would cost around $16 trillion in total.
By redirecting just $2.5 trillion annually, we could resolve the most urgent housing issues in 6 years.
As a conclusion, if we put together $ 4 trillion dollars, annually, we can ensure food, education, healthcare ($ 1.5 trillion), and housing ($2.5 trillion) for all humanity.
The good news is that for the first time in History, we as global community, have the resources enough to provide universal access to food, education, healthcare, and shelter to all humanity.
The global economy produces extraordinary net wealth exceeding $477 trillion, and is projected to reach $ 629 trillion by 2027. Additionally, the global GDP stands at approximately $115 trillion annually, meaning that, with less than 1% of global net wealth (excluding liabilities), annually, or with less than 3.5% of global GDP (Gross Domestic Product) we would basically resolve those fundamental issues for those human-beings currently in distress for the lack of those fundamental needs.
It is not a matter of wealth; the challenge lies in how these resources are distributed; it is a choice.
Millionaires and billionaires along (1% of population) —control around 47.5% of global wealth, and global military spending reached an astonishing $2.46 trillion annually, not even considering the huge increments it has experienced these last year alone. Yet, millions of human-beings live in extreme poverty.
By embracing a renewed paradigm of love, unity, and voluntary collaboration, we can transform these resources into meaningful change.
This vision is not about coercion or mandated redistribution; it is about fostering a spirit of generosity and unity. Taxes and other measures are sometimes criticized for inefficiency and corruption. We call on individuals, organizations, and governments to embrace a new paradigm—one rooted in love, voluntary action, and mutual responsibility.
The invitation is extended to everyone, regardless of income level, to take part in this transformation. True change begins when we recognize that even small contributions—made with love and sincerity—can create extraordinary impacts. Let this be a collective movement of shared purpose, recognizing that real success is measured not by what we accumulate but by the impact we have on the lives of others.
Let us stress this out, this is not merely a financial challenge—it is a spiritual one, calling on humanity to rethink its priorities and embrace shared success and inclusive happiness.
While the changes proposed may seem ambitious, even incremental progress could create ripples of transformation. Imagine neighbors helping each other, cities adopting small towns, the richest countries supporting small ones, or cities, companies, or billionaires choosing to fund housing solutions for entire regions, or nations gradually redirecting portions of their military budgets toward peace-building initiatives. These initial steps could ignite a global movement to secure dignity and stability for millions, and nurture our souls with meaningful experiences, solid, strong, sincere relationships with our brothers and sisters around the world.
This isn’t a call to overthrow political or economic systems. It’s not about blaming the wealthy or dividing society into “us” and “them.” Instead, this is an inclusive call to reflection—a heartfelt invitation to a higher purpose and a chance to rethink the paradigm that governs our lives.
We cannot demonize those who have succeeded in the current system. Many have played by the rules of a game we’ve collectively accepted—a game that rewards individual success, competition, and accumulation. To blame them would ignore the context of a world built on the “shark mentality,” where winners take all.
But as we extend this reflection, we invite everyone—especially those who have “won” the game—to consider a deeper truth: success is not merely about accumulating wealth or outpacing others. True fulfillment, the kind that nurtures the soul, comes from connection, love, and service to others, leaving a legacy of service and love that transcends us and will bless our generations to come.
For an extra time said, this isn’t just about numbers or economics; it’s about the soul. When we begin to see others not as competitors but as brothers and sisters, when we realize we are ONE, the desire to share, to serve, and to uplift others flows naturally.
The resources are there. Again, it is a matter of choice. To highlight how astonishingly possible it is, let us share some numbers:
- Voluntary Contributions by All: A 1% annual contribution from global wealth (totaling $583 trillion) equals $5.83 trillion, enough to lift billions out of poverty.
- A 2% annual contribution from the world’s wealthiest individuals would generate $4.5 trillion annually, far exceeding the needs for universal food, education, and healthcare.
- Everyone Can Contribute: Even middle-income earners can play a significant role. A voluntary 2% contribution—whether of wealth or income—represents a small, meaningful step toward global solidarity. By including all income levels, this approach fosters a collective spirit of collaboration where everyone participates in creating a fairer, more compassionate world.
- Military Budget Reallocation: Redirecting 50% of global military budgets represents $1.2 trillion a year. That amount could fund 80% of global annual needs to eliminate hunger, and provide healthcare, and education solutions including laptops for all kids in the world, and free satellite internet worldwide for students.
These figures demonstrate the profound potential of shifting paradigms—from prioritizing competition and accumulation, shark mentality, to embracing collaboration and shared success, Dolphin mentality. The choice is ours: Will we continue to perpetuate inequality, or will we redirect our vast resources to elevate all of humanity and redefine what it means to succeed as a global community.
It is a choice.
If we reflect on the profound inequalities and imbalances in our world, we feel the need to pause and address a deeper truth. The numbers we’ve seen—on global wealth, military spending, and the resources required to solve critical human needs—are undeniably shocking. Like many of you, we had a sense of the disparity, but seeing it uncovered in such plain terms forced us to double-check and revisit the data. We did. We went back and reviewed the data. We found several studies from reputable sources, the data differs between some of them, but we adopted those we considered more conservative. For some of the studies, even less amounts of funds could be needed to resolve these problems. Yet, the numbers don’t lie: the resources to transform our world are within our grasp.
This reallocation of resources, combined with voluntary contributions from all of us, including the wealthiest among us, proves that change is possible. Imagine—while billionaires retain 98% of their wealth, we all collaborate with just 2% of our annual incomes, and nations still allocate 50% of current military budgets to security and defense (which is still absurd, and unnecessary), billions of lives could be transformed for the better.
Some might say our position is naive, excessively optimistic—that there are those who genuinely don’t care about others. People who, blinded by greed or malice, perpetuate wars, diseases, and suffering to profit from selling arms, medicine, or exploitation.
To this, we respond with both realism and hope: we believe that a vast majority of humanity—about 97%—are simply doing what they believe is right, according to their own values, beliefs, and paradigms. Most of us, even when our actions hurt others, do not do so out of deliberate malice but from ignorance, fear, or the limitations of our perspective.
As mentioned before, there is wealth more than enough to uplift all humanity, there is no real need to fight each other, there is no need to be afraid for lack of resources as there is plenty for all, even if some keep their huge accumulation. It is a matter of waking up, of awakening to our spiritual and inter-connected essence, and embracing our call to serve and love each other as a real source for a fulfilling and happy life we all want and deserve. So, this is a call to everyone, including those who have successfully accumulated wealth playing “the game” very well, to shift their approach toward one of service to all others, unconditional love, and building legacies that will endure, and bless your families, and your generations to come for centuries.
This is an invitation to embrace this new spiritual renascence and re-born to the most exciting journey of the rest of our lives, completely free, and fulfilled with love and sincere, solid and lasting relationships enjoyed by being fully present, with mindfulness, and thankfulness for the beautiful gift of life.
At the same time, there are exceptions. A small percentage of humanity—estimated at approximately 3%—exhibit traits of psychopathy, sociopathy, or extreme narcissism. These individuals may lack empathy, derive pleasure from causing pain, or align morally with destructive values, and even evil behavior.
Even for these individuals, we hold love in our hearts, for love is unconditional and recognizes the shared Source of all beings. However, love does not mean passivity. We have the right—and the responsibility—to defend ourselves, both individually and collectively, from harm and wrongdoing.
Such kind of conditions are sometimes held by people in positions of Power. Political, Economic Power. We could understand that they have probably gotten trapped on an extreme adoption of the shark mentality, belief systems, and ideologies, worsened, for some, by a profound mental condition of psychopathy, sociopathy or extreme narcissism.
Again, regarding to them, we make a conscious decision to do not leave room in our hearts for hate or violence. We instead feel compassion for their limited capacity for love, but as mentioned before, we also keep our right, and the responsibility to defend ourselves using our intellect and all our capacities to prevent them keep harming society, firmly using the right tools, like the law and order, to stop them, held them accountable, and transform our systems for the better.
Simultaneously, we must also acknowledge the profound suffering some have endured—wars, hate, division, classism, segregation, racism, and polarization have deeply scarred many. These wounds can consume individuals with hatred, vengeance, or violent impulses they feel they cannot control. Such individuals, while needing to be prevented from causing harm and held accountable, also deserve our compassion and creative pathways toward reconciliation. They need societal support to repair, heal, and grow, regardless of race, religion, beliefs, political affiliations, or social status.
This vision is not about utopia, but about realistic hope grounded in practical action. We call on all people—rich and poor, young and old, intellectuals and laborers, religious and secular—to come together as Practical Dreamers and Dolphins. By embracing intelligence, empathy, and creativity, we can co-create systems that harmonize technology, sustainability, and love.
With the tools of modern technology and the boundless power of human creativity, we can design solutions to heal communities, rebuild trust, and create systems that work for everyone. Change doesn’t need to happen overnight, nor does it require everyone to agree all at once. A single step, a single heart, a single act of generosity can spark a wave of transformation.
When we recognize that most harm comes not from deliberate malice but from blindness to our shared humanity, we can cultivate compassion. Compassion does not excuse wrongdoing, but it allows us to love even those who hurt us while working to create a world where such harm no longer thrives.
Let us hold tightly to this truth: love is not weakness. It is strength. Through love, we defend what is right and inspire others to awaken from the paradigms that divide us. As we work toward this awakening, we transform not just ourselves but the systems that shape our world.
This is a journey we take together, fueled by faith in the power of love and the infinite possibilities it offers. Let us trust that as we do our part, God will do the rest. Through collective awakening and collaboration, and for those who decide to join us in collective praying, as well, we can change the world from one of isolated individualism to one of shared purpose and inclusive happiness.
It begins here and now—with us. Let’s extend the invitation, embrace the vision, and get to work. Together, step by step, we can be the change that humanity so desperately need. One step at a time within our spheres of influence; our square meter
